According to the production process of photoelectric display devices, a set of intelligent production line based on industrial Internet of Things technology is designed. Various processes and key data in the production process are collected, and transmitted to the Iot platform through the industrial IoT gateway with the edge computing. There are many key parameters which can control the process of the manufacturing. The industrial Internet of Things platform can complete production data analysis and equipment management, and display it through data analysis and report system. The intelligent production line can not only improve production efficiency, but also reduce the waste of resources and error rate caused by poor information transmission. The system can be extended the production of photoelectric display devices, to promote flexible production and digital twin black light factory.
