Method for 3D Printing Cyber Physical System Control Based on the Analysis of Environmental Monitoring Data

The paper examines the relationship between cyber-physical systems and 3D printing technologies. The analysis of 3D printing control was conducted, problems in operation were identified that reduced quality or led to various defects in parts. Existing methods for eliminating selected problems in 3D printer control were analyzed, a new developed CV-based method for reducing defects when using 3D printer was described, built on the basis of an algorithm for collecting data from monitoring the external environment, analyzing the obtained data and controlling the 3D printer. The design of a 3D printer CV-based control system, as well as its implementation and testing, is described.
