The Influence of Soundscape in City Park on Tourists’ Emotional Perception: A Case Study of Changbai Island Forest Park in Shenyang
摘要
Taking Changbai Island Forest Park in Shenyang city as an example, this paper discusses the influence of soundscape on tourists’ emotional perception by using the soundscape perception evaluation system. It is found that the soundscape of the park is dominated by traffic noise, but the overall perceived quality of the soundscape is above the moderate level and shows a positive trend. In addition, there are differences in the perception of the soundscape among tourists of different ages. Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions for soundscape design of urban parks: reasonably planning of activity space and optimization of regional features of soundscape; enhancing the natural soundscape of the park, and increasing the elements of soundscape. Through these strategies, the soundscape quality of urban parks can be effectively improved to create a more pleasant and comfortable recreation experience for tourists.
