Industrial relations play a crucial role in businesses, as they impact the work environment, as well as the production and delivery of goods and services [2]. Before setting up operations in a specific country, companies must thoroughly research and comprehend how industrial relations function due to the variations between systems. For example, individuals might be interested in determining if collective bargaining takes place within a scenario involving multiple employers if collective agreements are expanded to include all employees and employers (regardless of union or organization membership), whether numerous unions are permitted within a specific company and if they all can enter into collective agreements, or if unions typically have contentious relationships and participate in group conflicts. In addition, owing to globalization, new approaches, such as international framework agreements (IFAs) between a multinational corporation and a global union, have been developed to expand industrial relationships internationally [3]. Six primary parties are actively connected to every industrial relations system (Fig. 1.1). The individuals mentioned include workers, companies, employer groups, governments, labor unions, legal system participants, and dispute resolution forums. Artificial intelligence comprises various technologies that work together to allow machines to perceive, understand, take action, and learn with intelligence similar to that of humans. Perhaps this is why there is variation in people’s understanding of artificial intelligence, AI is not a singular entity. Machine learning and natural language processing are included in the AI field. Every individual is progressing in their way and, when used alongside data, analytics, and automation, can assist companies in reaching their objectives, whether it is enhancing customer service or streamlining the supply chain.
