Dynamic Image Analysis of Microscopic Particles
摘要
The use of dynamic image analysis of microscopic particles has emerged as a revolutionary technique, both in scientific and industrial pursuits, leading to a wide range of applications across various fields. This paper presents a comprehensive methodology for the dynamic image analysis of microscopic particles. The proposed methodology involves the application of advanced image processing techniques on individual frames of a video to analyze particles in free-fall. The technique enables the tracking of each particle throughout the video, and the calculation of crucial particle information including size and shape parameters in various orientations. These values are then used to help detect and analyse any anomalies present in the given sample of particles. The algorithm used to detect anomalies showcased exceptional promise with an accuracy of 94% and an F1 score of 0.96.
