Social Entrepreneurship in Tourism: A Systemic Perspective
摘要
Social entrepreneurship in tourism emerges as a transformative alternative that promotes more equitable economic development while safeguarding cultural identity and fostering balance with the environment. By integrating principles of social and environmental responsibility into tourism activities, these initiatives empower local communities and encourage social and economic inclusion from a participatory perspective. This research aims to provide a synthesis of the relationship between social entrepreneurship and tourism dynamics from a systemic approach, through a systematic and systemic literature review. To this end, the Total Systems Intervention (TSI) is incorporated, enabling the complexity of tourism systems to be addressed in their social, economic, and environmental dimensions. The findings demonstrate that a systemic perspective allows for a comprehensive understanding of this emerging field and highlights its potential to generate a positive and lasting social impact.
