The objective is to analyze the impact of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their relationship with Planetary Citizenship and Humanistic Education, which are necessary conditions for their advancement. The research method is hermeneutic, documentary, and heuristic within the three aforementioned categories of analysis. The result is an assessment of the gaps perceived in the context of interpreting and understanding the phenomenon of sustainability, as presented by the 2030 Agenda. As a conclusion to this reflection, the urgent need for a reform of planetary education becomes evident, one that strengthens humanistic education and builds a critical citizenry capable of preventing the destruction of nature, totalitarianism, epistemological and argumentative ignorance, institutional bureaucratization, and colonialism, moving us toward a communal consciousness that distances us from “single-minded thinking” and steers us away from mere hospitable complacency.

摘要
