This review presents key results on the boundedness of multiplier operators \( T_a \) in \( L^p[0,1) \) spaces ( \( 1 < p \le \infty \) ) for the Walsh system. For this, necessary and sufficient conditions are established. The connection with the dyadic operator \( D \) is discussed, whose unboundedness explains the conditions on the multipliers.
