Nowadays when, on the one hand, we are increasingly dependent on electricity supplies due to growing demand, and on the other hand, social awareness of pollution and ecology is growing. We need to reconcile both needs. One of the solutions is Renewable Energy Sources (RES), whose development has accelerated over the last few years. Hybrid installations equipped with battery energy storage (BESS) are particularly interesting. However, in order to guarantee an optimal battery management mechanism, a reliable forecast of the building’s energy demand is necessary. Answering this problem, in this article we make preliminary studies in the field of high-resolution energy demand forecasting. The conducted research indicates a shortage of work in this area, which is crucial for the discussed application.

摘要
