Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a crucial tool in revolutionizing the healthcare field, principally in the development and implementation of E-health systems that aim to improve patient care, enhance efficiency, and enable early detection and diagnosis of diseases. Researchers investigated the willingness of health workers to implement AI innovation technologies into the health services they provide as soon as they are available. Four public hospitals in Hail City were chosen to be research sites. A total of 328 health workers were involved in this research; the vast majority expressed that they are willing to use AI technologies once they are available for use inside their health institutions. A quantitative descriptive study approach was used to achieve the research aim, and SPSS software was used to analyze the data descriptively.
