In the increasingly deep well of required and expected secure and trustable data management, the Blockchain has emerged to be a solution in making it work in various sectors of work including healthcare. With growing concerns around the privacy and security surrounding vulnerable personal data, blockchain create a decentralized, transparent, and efficient method of storing and sharing medical content. We are going to look at how blockchain makes healthcare more secure, more accessible, and more trustworthy. It examines how Blockchain can be used to better connect healthcare and the quality of health information. We have new issues, including siloed data, which are vulnerable to cyber attackers and the concern around patient security of data. Current data dissemination/publication approaches do not provide for the need to enable access to the data more or less as soon as possible (dependant upon informed consent) and for the benefit to be seen for the patient. The study will aim to tackle these issues through a decentralized blockchain to create an immutable, transparent management of the data information collected. In this paper, we will propose a system that combines blockchain and smart contracts allowing more control of how patients shared medical data. The goal was to eliminate trust in record keeping, and increase closer collaboration amongst physicians and healthcare providers. The aim is to lower the risks of information leaks, while also keeping the patients records harmonized and available for health professionals.

摘要
