Express delivery services have become key components in ensuring successful, reliable, and secure deliveries. Although these services achieve a high percentage of successfully delivered parcels, there is an increasing need for parcel lockers. This paper focuses on the selection of optimal locations for the installation of parcel lockers within the area covered by the Prijedor distribution center of the X-Express company. A multi-criteria decision-making model was applied, incorporating the FUCOM (Full Consistency Method) to determine for determining the weighting coefficients of the criteria, and the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method for ranking the alternative locations. The research includes seven criteria, based on which five alternatives were ranked. The results obtained enable the company to strategically plan the installation of parcel lockers, improve the user experience, and optimize logistics costs. The proposed methodological approach can also be applied in other geographic regions, and the FUCOM-WASPAS model can be applied to address other logistics-related problems as well.
