Application of Grinding Process of Large Module Gear Wheels with Finger Abrasives Stone
摘要
A method of transferring power using toothed wheels for grinding processes is employed to maintain stability in the process, despite the uneven cutting depths across the tooth profiles. However, these variations in cutting depths reduce the overall efficiency of the process. Differences in the tooth profile and cutting depths lead to real cutting inconsistencies, which affect the final surface quality. The error in the process can be influenced by the conditions under which the polishing and processing occur. Improving these conditions can enhance the quality of the teeth. To achieve better results, it is crucial to control factors that affect the cutting depth stability. The analysis of the instrument based on the tooth profile’s cutting depth reveals that a more even distribution of cutting depths can be achieved, leading to improved performance. In order to ensure competitiveness, modern gears widely used in technology must have high performance indicators, which are mainly determined by the quality of the production of gear wheels.
