Artificial Intelligence for Human Resource Management: A Review, Perspective, and Case Study
摘要
Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) has become a critical advancement in maximizing HR activities, from recruiting and performance assessment to employee retention and organizational growth. Emphasizing the transforming power of artificial intelligence in strengthening decision-making processes, increasing efficiency, and thus advancing justice in HR practices, this study investigates the present situation of AI applications in HRM. Our research also covers the ethical issues related to artificial intelligence, like prejudice, openness, and respect for employee dignity. Additionally, we present a case study on implementing an AI-based Decision Support System (DSS) to predict employee attrition, showcasing its potential to significantly enhance retention strategies and overall organizational stability. This paper offers a complete view of the possibilities and difficulties of artificial intelligence in HRM by analyzing the most recent studies and pragmatic implementations. The results highlight the importance of responsible artificial intelligence use in line with ethical norms and human values. This guarantees that artificial intelligence will be a tool for enhancing rather than replacing human HRM decision-making.
