This chapter develops key findings from the case studies: incidents, reasons for requesting counseling, structure of conversations, other counseling formats, setting and contract, scheduling and limitations, referrals, session impact, attribution, post-traumatic growth, peer aspect, significance of confidentiality and structural independence of peer support, telephone medium, etc. The chapter also provides a synopsis of SBQ 78 and CAR of all paticipants of the qualitative study.
