Optimization of Power Generators in Electricity Carbon-Green Certificate Market
摘要
With the deepening of China’s “carbon peak, carbon neutrality” target, it is driving the accelerated transformation of energy structure. In this context, the power industry transfers through the carbon emission trading system and the marketization of renewable energy power certificates (green certificates). However, due to the lack of clear accounting provisions between green certificates and carbon emissions, the environmental benefits are repeatedly calculated. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a trading optimization strategy for traditional thermal power units and renewable energy units in the electricity carbon-green certificate market, constructs the income model of each power producer in different markets, and analyzes the offset of carbon emission reduction of thermal power units and the income of thermal power units and renewable energy units after joining the green certificate market. Through the analysis of simulation results, the optimization strategy can reduce the carbon emissions of thermal power units, increase the bidding power of renewable energy units, increase the income of thermal power units and renewable energy units, and verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
