Effects of Recipe Adjustments on Anode Performance at Albras
摘要
Optimizing anodeAnode composition has been identified as a potential method to improve efficiency and operational stability in the aluminum electrolysis processAluminum electrolysis process. This study evaluates the effects of specific modifications to the anodeAnode formulation on its physical propertiesProperties and their influence on overall process performance. The implemented changes led to a measurable improvement in apparent anodeAnode density, increasing from 1.601 g/cm3 in 2022 to 1.612 g/cm3 in 2025. However, despite the progress, challenges persist in achieving consistent control over other critical parameters, particularly electrical resistivity. These findings highlight both the potential and the limitations of recipe-based adjustments in enhancing anode qualityAnode quality and process reliability.
