In this paper, an industrial applicationIndustrial application test of anti-oxidation was carried out by spraying a nano-ceramicCeramic-based high-temperatureTemperature anti-oxidation coating materialCoating material on the surface of prebaked anodes for electrolytic aluminumElectrolytic aluminum, and the test results were tracked and analyzed. The results show that the coating materialCoating material can effectively reduce the oxidative slagging of anode carbon blocks and play a significant role in maintaining the regularity of the anode's geometric shape; after using the coating materialCoating material, the anode replacement cycle can be extended by one day.
