Thermally Constrained PCB Drill Path Optimization via Enhanced Honey Badger Algorithm and Local 2-opt Search

To address the optimization problem of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) drilling paths, this paper proposes an Improved Honey Badger Algorithm (IHBA) that integrates the 2-opt method and anti-overheating constraints. By enhancing the search capability and optimizing performance, the algorithm effectively solves the problems of traditional algorithms, such as being prone to falling into local optima, slow convergence, and PCB overheating. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other algorithms in terms of the optimal path length and anti-overheating performance, providing a new approach and effective solution for PCB drilling path planning.
