Counterfeit pharmaceuticals threaten patient safety and healthcare integrity. This study presents an IoT-enabled RFID system with ThingSpeak cloud integration to enhance supply chain security. Each product carries a unique RFID tag, verified via scanners, with real-time data monitored on ThingSpeak. The system ensures transparency across stakeholders and enables early counterfeit detection. Results show reliable tag detection up to 60 cm, with non-linear increases in verification time for larger batches. Validation across product types yields over 85% tag accuracy. The system improves authentication and supports future integration with blockchain and AI. This work aligns with SDG 3 and SDG 9 through secure, smart logistics.
