Developing an African Pentecostal Theology of Materiality
摘要
This chapter is a conclusion and picture of what the Pentecostal theology of materiality should be like. This theology should take seriously the African historical and cultural context. The Pentecostal theology of materiality should pay attention to the Pentecostal experiences using the hermeneutics of experience. Such a theology should be able to pay attention to the biblical texts on materiality, in other words, it should have a biblical foundation. This theology should be relevant to specific local contexts in Africa. Lastly, the Pentecostal theology of materiality should be consistent with the Christian message within the context of the Christian tradition.
