In 2022, three universities [University of Belgrade (UB), Faculty of Law from Serbia; Örebro University (ORU), School of Behavioral, Social and Legal Sciences from Sweden; and Libera Università Maria Santissima Assunta di Roma, Department of Law, Economics and Communication (LUMSA) from Palermo, Italy] embarked on a collaborative journey to create a joint master’s program titled Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity (LAWGID). This chapter is one of the intellectual outcomes of the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures LAWGID project, “Building Joint Master Program Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity” (EMDM LAWGID), conducted from 2023–2024. As already indicated, EMDM LAWGID served to create the mentioned joint master’s program. This chapter is included in the book Law and Gender from an Intersectionality and Diversity Perspective from the Springer book series Gender Perspectives in Law. This book series is closely tied to the joint work of partner universities. This book specifically, as well as the whole series, will be among the relevant literature resources for the LAWGID joint master’s program. The relevant aspects and theoretical foundations of the LAWGID joint master’s, which constitute a unique educational initiative in European and international higher education, will be elaborated in this chapter.

摘要
