The concept of ontology is considered, which plays an essential role in the implementation of semantic geointeroperability, allowing to establish correspondences and relationships among various types of geodata - spatial entities and relations. 摘要

The report deals with the problem of semantic geointeroperability, which consists in ensuring the coordinated interaction of specialists to solve problems that require the joint use of georesources, provided that they adequately understand the semantics of these georesources. It is noted that in order to ensure semantic geointeroperability, it is necessary to develop tools for consistent understanding geodata was carried out on the basis of a comparative analysis of existing metaschemes of geodatabases, taking into account the multifactorial interaction of users and the semantics embedded in spatial ontologies and/or geothesauri and classifiers. Since the key task of semantic geointeroperability is to create a unified conceptual model for the presentation and consistent understanding of geodata by users based on the integration of spatially distributed information, the task of implementing and maintaining intelligent corporate access to geodata cannot be solved without establishing semantic geointeroperability. The presented levels of interoperability imply the ways of organizing interaction: information (data exchange) and information-functional (delegation of functional tasks to partner information systems). The concept of ontology is considered, which plays an essential role in the implementation of semantic geointeroperability, allowing to establish correspondences and relationships among various types of geodata - spatial entities and relations. The functional scheme of semantic geointeroperability is discussed, the processes of information interaction of which are reflected in the integrated system of spatial data of the railway transport infrastructure.
