The article discusses the problem of optimizing service and queue management of applications. The analysis of the main characteristics of application service systems is carried out. A modified bioinspired algorithm for constructing schedules for servicing applications is proposed. The authors propose a hybrid approach based on the integration of bioinspired optimization algorithms and a model of fuzzy control of algorithm parameters. The article describes the fuzzy logic controller model. To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, computer modeling and testing of the developed software application were performed.
