In a Concluding Overview, I provide a brief reconstruction of Husserl’s account of the development of reason and inquiry (represented in the figure at the end of the main text). This places the emergence of phenomenological inquiry within generativity. It also shows that and how Husserl comes to understanding phenomenological inquiry-back into the emergence of sense, meaning, and value as bringing reason to itself and serving the endeavor to make the best possible world.
