Interaction Dynamics of Agents in the Social Sector Within the Digital Space
摘要
This research is interdisciplinary and presents a systemic analysis of the current situation in the digital transformation in the social sector. The research identified several key problems: the unpreparedness of social agents for remote interaction, digital inequality, low levels of interdepartmental integration, and a shortage of personnel with sufficient digital competencies. To address these challenges and improve coordination among social sector agents, the following measures are necessary: the creation of a unified integrated digital platform, the development and implementation of standardized data exchange protocols, and regular training programs to enhance the digital literacy of personnel. Additionally, the formation of interdepartmental working groups, the use of advanced collaboration and communication tools, and the automation of processes with the support of artificial intelligence are essential steps. It is also crucial to consider the needs and feedback of clients and specialists, while ensuring the protection of personal data and strict compliance with ethical standards. Simultaneously, the authors identified significant prospects for digitalization: the expansion of digital platforms, the personalization of interaction using artificial intelligence, the development of hybrid forms of service provision, and the strengthening of interdepartmental cooperation based on a unified digital infrastructure. Mobile applications that enhance accessibility and enable rapid communication are becoming increasingly important, particularly when they are integrated with other essential social functions such as rehabilitation, employment, information services, and support. Thus, digitalization transforms the methods of interaction among social sector agents and necessitates a reassessment of traditional approaches to coordination, personnel training, and the technological support of the industry.
