The digitalization of investment services in the Republic of Armenia has become one of the main directions of the sector’s development, increasing the transparency, efficiency, and accessibility of the investment environment. Digitalization is expressed through trading platforms, artificial intelligence, and big data analysis, which allows investors to conduct transactions and manage their assets without physical presence. The development of the investment market in Armenia has recently been actively influenced by international factors. Particularly, the Russian-Ukrainian war has opened new opportunities for local companies. In 2015–2024, the number of investment companies increased from 8 to 22; the volume of transactions increased 40 times. Banks and investment companies have introduced digital tools for opening online accounts, signing contracts, and providing investment services. However, digitalization also poses new challenges, including risks related to cybersecurity, market abuse, and the lack of financial literacy. Therefore, the continued development of investment services requires the security of digital platforms, the improvement of regulatory mechanisms, and the education of market participants to ensure the stability of the investment environment.
