The primary objective of this research is to identify the current challenges in implementing labor rights in the context of advancing technologies and artificial intelligence systems. Moreover, the research tries to consider the integration of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence into the labor market, production, and service sectors. Introducing advanced and cutting-edge technologies offers opportunities to significantly enhance work efficiency, substantially reduce costs, and improve overall service quality while simultaneously enabling unprecedented innovation. However, it may also trigger crisis phenomena, including significant imbalances in the employment sector and challenges in enforcing labor rights. Addressing these challenges requires newly build approaches and solutions, including developing and adopting a national strategy, clarifying and legal certification of AI’s status within legislation, implementing liability and oversight mechanisms, and establishing security standards. The authors prove that these measures will promote social justice, increase employment levels, and support the sustainable development and balance of the labor market.
