State-of-the-Art Resistor-Based Sensor Topologies
摘要
This chapter discusses the state-of-the-art temperature sensors front-end sensing structures and readout architectures. We firstly review various sensing elements in CMOS process, and then compare their pros and cons. By emphasizing resistor-based temperature sensors renowned for their superior energy efficiency, and by clarifying the design principles and considerations of distinct, well-established sensor types, we can more effectively discern and select suitable topologies tailored to specific applications within the confines of specified requirements.
