Anesthetic Considerations in Pediatric Spinal Deformity Surgery
摘要
Anesthetic planning accounts for patient comorbidities, intraoperative requirements such as blood pressure goals and neuromonitoring, potential for physiologic derangements, and postoperative needs. Special precautions are taken for conditions that increase the risk of cardiovascular instability and difficult airway, such as muscular dystrophy, connective tissue diseases, familial dysautonomia, congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, and arthrogryposis.
