Improving organizational performance through data analytics is key in the era of public sector modernization. This study aims to evaluate and predict auditor performance at BPKP using a People Analytics approach, focusing on the auditor competency gap and improvement in corruption control (IEPK). The analysis was conducted on 3734 auditors (2021–2023) using Multivariate Logistic Regression and Random Forest models. The results showed that Random Forest was most effective in predicting future auditor performance, providing strategic insights for HR training and development. In addition, it was found that past work results were the most dominant predictor compared to work behavior, training, or employee development. This research confirms the importance of Management Information Systems (MIS) for modern-day Innovation, as well as how data analytics can optimize HR management and strengthen public sector governance.
