This research examines how the Ministry of Foreign in Saudi Arabia employs Twitter for public diplomacy. This research uses Social Network Analysis (SNA) on 11, 396 tweets collected from (@KSAMOFA) on February 9, 2025, which covers tweets from December 25, 2024, to February 9, 2025. The results show that the ministry’s communication is one-way and formal, concentrating on topics such as the Palestinian cause and KSA foreign policy, with cultural and religious values influencing the digital discussion on @KSAMOFA. The analysis found that the diplomatic network of the KSA has low reciprocal involvement, indicating that the ministry’s account on X is mostly used as a broadcasting means rather than enhancing two-way communication. The research offers insights into the e-diplomatic strategies of KSA and areas for promoting public engagement.
