The present contribution aims at presenting an overview of the case law of the Court of Justice on the interpretation of the provisions of Directive 2014/104/EU which governs actions for damages under national law for infringements of competition law (commonly referred to as the “Damages Directive”), with a focus on rules pertaining to facilitate claimant’s access to evidence.
