Using advanced techniques, data acquisition, analysing data via the information technologies can help to understand the core issues of historical/heritage buildings before applying any solutions. The concept of HBIM (Historic Building Information Modelling) has been formed, by integrating the information technologies into this process. Harran Historical City Center is located within the borders of Harran district, 44 km south of Şanlıurfa province. Harran is at the intersection of roads in the South-North and East-West directions. Harran is located within an ellipse-shaped city wall that is approximately 4 km long. In the study; In the Harran 2015 Workshop, the contribution of the use of HBIM to the design suggestions created by integrating and using information technologies and the applications in 2025 is examined. “Conical Domed Harran Houses and Surroundings located in the Historical City Center of Harran”, which constitutes our Cultural Heritage, was chosen as a sample area. In the workshop, Harran Houses were examined and design suggestions focused on increasing the use of tourism as a reflection of today and the attractiveness in the field of tourism were made using information technologies. The advantages of using HBIM should be used for the development of technology, the preservation of historical buildings and the preservation and continuity of culture in heritage areas.
