Crisis management is a mission-critical skill of all contemporary organizational leaders. The continued success and, at times, survival of their organization may depend of their crisis management knowledge and skills. The reality is that most contemporary organizations will face one or more anticipated and/or unanticipated crisis events or situations that have the potential of challenging their continued operations, success, and at times their survival.
