We will present here new multivariate encryption algorithms. This is interesting since few multivariate encryption schemes currently exist, while there exist many more multivariate signature schemes. Our algorithms will combine several ideas, in particular the idea of the LL’ perturbation originally introduced, but only for signatures, by Gouget and Patarin in Vietcrypt 2006. In this paper, the LL’ perturbation will be used for encryption and will differ greatly from the paper by Gouget and Patarin. As we will see, our algorithms resist all known attacks (in particular Gröbner attacks and MinRank attacks) and have reasonable computation times.
