The process of implementing AI can give rise to issues for safety and effectiveness. There is a need for guidance related to the assessment of human centered factors related to AI implementation. An assessment framework is proposed, identifying items to be addressed when planning and conducting the assessment. These include: the motivations for introducing the AI, the processes, workflows, and teams implicated, key factors for assessment, interdependencies, and assessment approaches to be used. Candidate factors for assessment were identified by literature mapping. This also revealed information on how previous authors categorized such factors. A classification approach was selected which reflects the importance of organizational processes and workers to AI implementation. The factor categories proposed are organization, people, and process.

摘要
