Optimization of Interactive Design for Museum Applications Based on User Experience Theory: “Enhancing User Satisfaction and Engagement Through Visual, Social, and Intelligent Interactions”
摘要
In recent years, with the rise of the cultural industry and the integration of digital technology, museums have expanded from traditional physical space to digital platforms such as applications (apps), and museum apps provide users with convenient online browsing and interactive experiences. However, as more and more users start to use the existing Chinese museum apps on the market, which exhibit suboptimal user experience (UX) design, problems such as incorrect guiding functions and poor interactive experiences with complex operation processes have emerged. Therefore, this study focuses on optimizing the interaction design of museum apps from user experience theory to improve user satisfaction and engagement. The study mainly adopts quantitative research methods, based on which the authors propose a targeted design optimization program from four aspects: visual, social, and intelligent interactions. Finally, this study’s results and shortcomings, this study aims to provide new ideas for the digital, mobile, gamified, and experiential trends of museum applications.
