This paper explores how mobile technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and gamification can enhance e-learning by addressing learners’ evolving needs. The study focuses on GAMEland, an application designed to support language acquisition and soft skill development. GAMEland integrates AI-driven Adaptive Tutoring Systems (ATS) to deliver personalized learning experiences, supporting the e-learning principles of flexibility, accessibility, and learner autonomy. Through gamification, learners engage in dynamic, reward-based tasks, while the multimodal approach—blending text, visuals, and interactive elements—addresses diverse learning preferences. Storytelling fosters real-world application, enhancing comprehension and motivation. The AI analytics module offers actionable insights into learner performance, enabling iterative improvements and individualized support. Mobile technology within GAMEland promotes learning anytime and anywhere, bridging accessibility gaps and making education more inclusive. This paper positions GAMEland as a forward-thinking e-learning tool that bridges traditional education with innovative, adaptive technologies, advancing lifelong learning and digital inclusion.
