Applying an Outranking Approach to Sort E-Learning Services
摘要
This work provides a modeling addressed to provide a classification of e-learning systems according the Level of Satisfactions (LoS) of users of this kind of service. An outranking multi-criteria method was used to support this modeling, Tue proposal was applied to a sample of students composed by 267 students. The results revealed that the multi-criteria algorithm results in a classification more exigent than the classification generated by the usual simple mean, that is usually applied in evaluation of LoS. It was not found in the literature a previous work that used a non-compensatory multi-criteria method that approached the evaluation of users satisfaction with e-learning systems.
