The research paper addresses new legal and technical strategies to combat hate speech from an analytical and practical perspective. Given the nature of the current paper, the objectives of the research study are pursued using a descriptive and analytical research approach. The analysis highlights several issues related to identifying hate speech on online social media and the role that cyber security plays in reducing it with relevant strategies and laws, taking into account the requirements of compliance with the legal frameworks that regulate this phenomenon at different legal levels. Cyber security provides another potential avenue for improving the identification of hate speech. In light of the findings, the study suggests conducting additional research on improving computational methods, tackling moral issues, encouraging multidisciplinary cooperation, and creating solutions that put user welfare ahead of digital environment security.
