Fenestrated/branched stent-grafts offer an endovascular approach for more complex aortic pathology including the repair of aortic aneurysms that involve the visceral and renal segment. Using custom-made fenestrations or branches along with bridging stents allows for preservation of blood flow to these critical aortic branches. This chapter will discuss the technique of fenestrated/branched endograft deployment, the indications for repair, currently available fenestrated/branched stent-grafts, and outcomes using these techniques.
