Carabaos also known as water buffaloes with the scientific name “Bubalus Bubalis,” are a distinct population of swamp-type water buffaloes native to the Philippines. There has been a growing interest in sustainable food production practices in recent years. Carabao's milk yogurt aligns with this trend mainly because it is more nutritious and delicious for human consumption. However, Carabao's milk is underutilized which resulted in an oversupply that local farmers wanted it to be converted into other food product alternatives to have a sustainable income. Not only it will support local farmers’ livelihood but also promote environmentally friendly farming methods with a social impact. This is a descriptive study using both quantitative and qualitative data. The study determined the marketability of Carabao’s milk yogurt for local farmers’ business sustainability. There were 117 respondents, and used SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), Thematic and SWOT Analysis to further analyze the data. The results indicated the respondents willingness to purchase the Carabao’s milk yogurt and customer adoption of the product may increase significantly if already available in the market. Carabao’s milk yogurt can attract the local and international markets by emphasizing on health benefits, pricing, flavor, packaging, digital marketing efforts and to continue to innovate to address the changing buyers’ preferences.
