A Review of Technology Related Research in Human Resource Development

Technological changes are rapidly changing the workplace, nature of employment as well as human resource practices. HRD practices have seen rapid changes in last few years. Digitalization/technology have influence on Learning and development. One has to deal with virtual teams, virtual mentoring, virtual knowledge management etc. To understand the nature of change a systematic review was conducted. This systematic review is an attempt to study about the articles published in four HRD journals related to technology in last 5 years, viz. during 2014–2019. This article mainly focuses on the role of digitalization/technology in digital work place.
