This literature review will elaborate on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on decision-making in business and its various components, such as predictive analytics, automation, risk management, marketing personalization, strategy, etc. It will also explore issues, ethics, and future prospects of AI in business-related decision-making. AI has already been adopted in various industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, to increase efficiencies and optimize operations while attempting to optimize the customer experience. On the other side of AI, increasing utilization creates other challenges about bias, security, and regulatory compliance must be considered in the sustainable growth of AI in business.
