In recent years, the issue of trust mainly in digital environment has been the major concern in taking a serious pathway in solving initiative. This article aims to shed light on the attempts in exploring a point of strategic effort to enhance the trust system in managing record-keeping. An additional evaluation was carried out to examine closely the crucial stage in creating an integrity framework on the archive organization for a measure in maintaining the data transparency together with safety. An effort to employ essential analysis of the latest relevant literature has been sourced with the relevant works. A substantial result showed the efforts in enhancing an integrity-based scenario should come up with the record-keeping arrangement to be aligned with creating a digital archive through moral manner with the skilful involvement. An additional detail is highlighted in the following points which could encompass developing system in online transaction, developing a balance standard of trust for online archive –design, developing system of creative ability assessment process.
