This chapter presents the findings derived from the interview sessions conducted with selected experts. The responses have been organised and reported in alignment with the research objectives established for this study, ensuring that the analysis directly addresses the core aims of the investigation. To achieve triangulation and enhance the credibility of the results, the study adopted a qualitative research methodology, with interviews serving as a key data collection method. The interviews were conducted with professionals from the built environment who possess expertise and practical knowledge of modularity methodology in the construction industry. Their insights were invaluable in providing both theoretical and practice-oriented perspectives on the subject. Following the data collection, all interview responses were carefully transcribed and systematically analysed. A content analysis approach was employed, supported using ATLAS.ti software, to identify recurring themes, patterns, and meaningful interpretations within the data. The outcomes of this analytical process are presented in this chapter, offering a structured account of the expert perspectives gathered. This chapter not only demonstrates the theoretical and practical applicability of modularity methodology but also lays the groundwork for future discussion and interpretation in later sections by aligning the findings with the study’s goals.
