The framework identifies the core components necessary for successful adoption, including technological readiness, regulatory alignment, stakeholder engagement, supply chain coordination, and cultural acceptance. These elements collectively form the foundation for a systematic and sustainable transition from traditional construction methods to modular approaches. The chapter outlines a systematic guide for implementation, offering step-by-step processes that address planning, design integration, manufacturing, logistics, on-site assembly, and quality assurance. It further highlights the role of continuous evaluation and feedback loops in ensuring adaptability and performance improvement over time. Strategies for advancing the modularity methodology in the construction sector are also examined. They consist of awareness campaigns, education, capacity building, training programmes and enhancing regulations. To foster an environment that is conducive to adoption, it is emphasised that government agencies, professional associations, technology companies, and construction companies must work together across sectors. Eventually, the suggested framework acts as a theoretical and practical instrument, addressing obstacles to broad adoption while directing stakeholders towards effective, economical, and sustainable modular construction methods.
