OntoMaturity - An Ontology to Support Cultural Aspects of Digital Transformation
摘要
This study aims to propose a central ontology for maturity models based on the Unified Foundational Ontology (UFO). To this end, a systematic mapping of the maturity model ontologies was carried out, resulting in 27 articles for comprehensive analysis and data extraction to create the model. A maturity model ontology can be used as a tool to evaluate, plan, and improve the performance and effectiveness of processes and business areas within an organization. This increases efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Methontology method was used to develop the ontology based on the database generated from the systematic mapping. Furthermore, the construction of ontologies based on a superior model such as UFO is necessary, as this superior ontology provides a well- established foundation. Likewise, ontologies built on it can be easily integrated with other UFO-based ontologies. This promotes knowledge sharing, reduces redundancy, and encourages the collaborative development of ontologies within a community. From this Central ontology, the OntoMTD domain ontology was created to support behavioral cultural aspects of Digital Transformation (DT) in a public organization.
