This systematic review paper explores the application of Machine Learning in the detection and prevention of femicide, focusing on the intersection between technology and addressing gender-based violence. The study employed a comprehensive search strategy across various databases to identify relevant articles published between 2019 and 2023. The research aimed to understand the machine learning methods and computational techniques utilized in identifying, analyzing, and predicting cases of femicide. The results highlight the importance of integrating technology to combat femicide effectively, while also discussing the limitations and ethical considerations associated with such applications.
